Whether teaching in a group setting or individually, she finds that The Method's unique perspective offers a way of teaching one efficient movement that creates long lasting results.
Teaching therapeutic and awareness based exercise for 25 years, Patricia has worked as a licensed physical therapist assistant in acute and sub-acute care units at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, as well as outpatient centers and in-home physical therapy in Manhattan, New York. Her curiosity about holistic health approaches led her to studies in yoga and meditation, gaining a 500 hour teaching certificate. While residing in Manhattan, she also taught private clients mindful movement and post-rehab exercise.
With a strong desire to learn more about prevention, treatment and the source of chronic pain, Patricia gained her Feldenkrais Practitioner Certification at The Feldenkrais Institute in Manhattan, NY.
