Patricia Wahl is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner who has a passion for teaching others ease in their movement and life. Using The Feldenkrais Method®, a form of neuro-muscular retraining, she has helped people of all ages to improve their posture & balance, decrease chronic pain & stress, improve body awareness & proprioception, as well as improve mobility and flexibility.
Some of her clients include those living with neuro-muscular pain & dysfunction, neurological disorders, degenerative joint disease & those just wanting to learn better movement for aging gracefully. Whether helping a student to run or walk better, or just learn how to get up from the floor more easily, Patricia appreciates The Method's unique teaching and learning style, that helps students to learn better movement with long lasting results.

Teaching therapeutic and awareness based exercise for 30 years, Patricia has worked as a licensed physical therapist assistant in acute and sub-acute care units at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, as well as outpatient centers and in-home physical therapy in Manhattan, New York. Her curiosity about holistic health approaches led her to studies in yoga and meditation, gaining a 500 hour teaching certificate. While residing in Manhattan, she also taught private clients mindful movement and post-rehab exercise.

With a strong desire to learn more about prevention, treatment and the source of chronic pain, Patricia gained her Feldenkrais Practitioner Certification with New York City Feldenkrais Method Professional Training Program, directed by David Zemach-Bersin, in Manhattan, NY. She is ever fascinated by the connection between mind and body, as well as our potential for learning and improving.
